Mr. Houcine supported mission-critical systems for leading organizations including Stanford University (California, USA), University of Louisville (Kentucky, USA), General Electric, Barrick Gold Inc, Lexis Nexis Corporation, Flowserve Corporation, Sonic Inc, New York City Housing Authority, and major other U.S. private and public-sector institutions.
Holding a MSc in Computer Science from DePaul University (Chicago, Illinois), Mr Houcine brings strategic and technical oversight rooted in enterprise-grade IT governance.
